Oasis Resource Management Pvt. Ltd. is stated to be in the business of HR and Immigration Consultancy. Few of the perspective clients who wanted to avail their services sought the view as to whether it is adviseable to seek their consultancy services for which the company is charging heavy amount ranging from Rs. 1.5 lakhs onwards. The company is promising various services against the payment. 

While visiting the public domain, it has been observed that there are number of people who are complaining against their services but are not being provided any redressal. The nature of the complaint and modus-operandii of the company in getting the money from their perspective clients is almost of similar nature.

The author has sent them a mail seeking some information about the company at their email id orm@oasis-india.com listed on their web-site http://www.ormindia.com/  . The telephone number of the company remain unresponsive and hence email was written. The content of the email mailed to them on 26th June 2014 are reproduced below:

"Dear Sir,

1. I would be grateful if you could provide the details of the complaint redressal Officials along with their email ids.  

2. Please provide me the details of the countries to whom you are registered as immigration/HR consultancy/recruitment agency.

3.I am also wondering if you could share the details of Directors and Promoters of the company as such details are not stated in your web-site.

I am quite confident you would have no hesitation in sharing the requisite details. 

With regards"

 It would be surprising to state that the company has not even preferred to response by sending such information. One person who happen to contact on mobile refused to share any of the information as sought above. He was requested to respond to the email by stating that no such information can be provided. The same was again refused.

The question arises as to why the company should not share the details of the customer grievance officials who could be contacted if the customer faces any problem/complaint. is it not the right of the perspective client to know before investing as to which are the countries to which they are approved immigration agencies. 

In view of above, anyone who wanted to avail the services of M/s. Oasis Resource Management Pvt Ltd. may like to take care of before deciding to pay the heavy consultancy fee. "Prevention is the best cure"
