A couple of posts have recently brought on the blog recently about the deceptive trade practices of Electricity DISCOMs in Haryana. The  post was uploaded in this blog by the author for wilful gross violations of the Regulations of Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission mandated as per provisions laid in the Electricity Act. These Regulations including approved tariff structures are binding onto the DISCOMs.  The issues of gross violations as identified in the post were proposed to be intimated to the Regulator i.e Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC) for appropriate intervention. The violations have been brought to the perusal of HERC for taking appropriate action through an email dtd. 22nd July 2020 and 30th July 2020. Toll Road between Ballabgarh - Sohna and Faridabad - Gurgaon managed by GF Toll Pvt Ltd (Authority: PWD B&R, Govt. of Haryana). Whether it is adapting to Deceptive Trade Practices under hand in glove with Govt. of Haryana PWD Whether Multiple trips are being allowed at toll roads within 24 hrs.? I am drawing attention of the daily toll users of toll roads w.r.t up and down journey using toll road specially being operated by Reliance Infrastructure. Reliance Infrastructure is involved in:  1. Nammakal – Karur Road in Tamilnadu 2. Dindigul    – Samyanallore Road in Tamilnadu 3. Trichy       – Karur Road in Tamilnadu 4. Trichy       – Dindigul Road in Tamilnadu 5. These are snaps taken at the place outside Crown Interiorz Mall at Mathura Road Faridabad. The space shown belongs to Government. The vehicles are parked on the Government land and the Management of the Mall was charging Rs. 20/- each as parking fee from each vehicle. The Mall has a parking lot inside the complex. However, due to heavy rush, the vehicles got parked outside. The question is why the Management was charging fee from the space which is not owned by the Management and Is it possible that such business is going on without any involvement of the Govt. officials. On a rough estimate 1000 vehicles with Rs. 20/- each makes a total unauthorised collection of Rs. 20,000/- a day. Dont we think that Govt. should get up and take recovery action of such unauthorised collection from a space which is owned by Govt. of Haryana. The parking fee clearly indicates fee as Space Charges. How any person be allowed to make money from the space not owned by him?
