EMI Free Car Pvt. Ltd. has not got any permission to display advertisement on the cars/ vehicles- Revealed under RTI- Perspective buyers need to be careful.

As referred in point No. 4 of the article, I had submitted applications under RTI Act 2005 to Ministry of Transport and Transport Department of Govt. of NCT of Delhi. The basic information that I intended to seek was whether emifreecar.com has taken any approval from the transport department to display advertisement on the cars/ vehicles as the display of the advertisement on the car is the basic prerequisite if at all there is a scheme of reimbursement of EMIs. I am quoting below the text of the RTI reply of Delhi Transport Department:
"No permission has been given to M/s. EMI Free Car Pvt. Ltd., by this branch."
Hence it is clear that the company has not taken any approval and hence there scheme of EMI free Car if at all is existing is misleading and is likely to dupe the public. The perspective buyers may like to be very very careful while dealing with this company.
