This article covered the services pertaining to Municipality Services. It contains the times lines which are specified for some of the Municipal Services with information on grievance handling system on three tier basis in case of any deficiency in services or non-rendering of services in stipulated timelines. It has also the provision to penalise the officials of Municipal Corporations in Haryana and share the penalty so collected with the affected citizens.

The designated officials are liable to be penalised for their failures in rendering the services within the specified timelines. The recourse to such action shall empower the citizens for timely rendering of the services over a period of time as otherwise the citizens continue to be taken for granted.

  1. Dear Sir in my house No.910 Sector 37 2nd floor there is no electricity supply as your worker was working on the pole since ONE PHASE no electricity supply.
