Attempt to lift the car at Sector 37 Faridabad (Haryana) on 6th May 2017 at 03.53 AM. Is it because of inaction by Haryana Police or if there is something else?

Surprisingly the thieves broke the door lock and ignition key lock. Could there be a possibility of involvement of seller of automobile parts as there was a news that prior to this incident, thieves carried out similar operation on  2/3  more vehicles in the same locality few days back. Here is a clip taken out of CCTV recording.
